Site Features

The site’s responsive modern design adapts the website to the learner’s device and allows for an optimal viewing experience across device types (e.g., smartphone, tablet, desktop).

The training material is organized into topic-specific instructional modules, and each module includes a pre- and post-test as well as a video that explains and synthesizes more complex concepts. Modules can be taken in any order, but a pre-test must be completed before the learner can access each module’s content. Content that the learner missed in the pre-test is highlighted in the left navigation of the module to indicate where additional review is suggested.

With the My Progress dashboard the learner can easily keep track of his/her progress with the indicators that show if a module is not started, in progress, passed, or not passed. The learner can view detailed test results for completed modules and view or print the transcript.

Reports summarizing learner progress are available for organizations that purchase accounts for groups of learners. A distinct account on the training site is created for each individual learner.
